I have not found what time between them they pop but here are some locations of where they pop.

Behemot:
West of Camp DragonHead (Coerthas) near Behemot's Dominion

Odin:
1)Northeast~ of Fallgourd Float(North Shroud) near Proud Creek
2)????? Also Somewhere near Camp Tranquil
